Betty L. Ross

  Betty L. Ross, 75, of Locke Mills Road Milroy, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 19, 2019, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  Born Dec. 28, 1943 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late John Andrew and Florence J. (Bonson) Smoker.  Her husband, Joseph E. Ross, Sr., preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 2012.  Surviving are: two children, Sharon Lee Ross and Joseph E. Ross, Jr. both of Milroy.  She was a member of Lockes Banks Evangelical Methodist Church, Milroy.  Betty enjoyed crocheting Afghans and giving them away, she was an avid Penn State football fan.

  There will be a memorial service 11:00 a.m., Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Pastors Kalem Mowery and William Herrick officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
