Gary L. Kibe, Sr.

  Gary L. Kibe, Sr., 77, of Reedsville, passed away Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, 2019, at the Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.  Born April 27, 1942 in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Harvey Jay and Irene C. (Wagner) Kibe.  His wife, Sheryl A. (Gilbert) Kibe, preceded him in death in 2002.  Surviving are: a companion, Sue Hower of Beaver Springs; children, Sheila A. Kibe and companion Terry Willoughby of Milroy, Gary L. Kibe, Jr. of Lewistown; sister, Mary Helen Phillips; sister-in-law, Eleanor Kibe, both of Reedsville; grandchildren, Brandon Martz, Whitney Wert, Jordan Bennett, Ethan Kibe, Bailey Kibe; great grandchildren, Kaden Martz, Bryson Martz, Aliana Martz, and Amelia Wert.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert W. Kibe.  He was a bus driver and before that a truck driver.  He graduated from Kish High School in 1960.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and feeding the birds.

  A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour before the service, Tuesday evening, at the funeral home.  Private interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Milroy.
