Merril S. Goss

Merril S. Goss, 75, of Reedsville, passed away Friday morning, May 24, 2019, at his home.  Born Jan. 3, 1944 in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Merril W. and Helen Belle (Whary) Goss.  He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra L. (Aumiller) Goss.  Also surviving are sons, S. Todd Goss and wife Denise of Mifflintown, Corey L. Goss of Lewistown; grandchildren, Alisha Stoltzfus, Brooke Bullick, Winston Goss, Blaze Goss, Paige Goss; and six great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Stafford.  Merril was a retired truck driver from Fisher Electronics.  He had served with the National Guard.  He attended the Milroy White Memorial Church and was a member of the Milroy Lions.  He enjoyed camping, and spending time with his family.  He loved his dog Champ.  He was proud of his Brown Belt in Karate, and enjoyed auto racing and bird watching.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday May, 29, 2019, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Rev. Stephen G. Durr officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour before the service, Wednesday, at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
