Carol A. McNitt

  Carol A. McNitt, 75, formerly of Reedsville, passed away Sunday afternoon, Oct. 24, 2021, at Valley View Haven, Belleville.  Born May 31, 1946 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late James R. ‘Bucky’ and Elizabeth M. (Bubb) McNitt.

  Surviving are: siblings, Mary E. Hess of Harrisburg, Deborah L. McNitt of Spring Mills, James R. McNitt, Jr. and wife Betty of Reedsville.  She was preceded in death by: a brother, Dennis L. McNitt and a half-brother, Larry R. Yohn.

  She had worked at B. G. Furniture, Complete Floor Covering and the Wall Paper Barn.  She was a 1964 graduate of Kish High School and was a bowler for 40 years with the Women’s League.

  A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, Oct. 29, 2021, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Rev. Darrell Wireman officiating.
