Deborah L. Cox-Foltz, 71, of Lewistown, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
She was born February 8, 1952 in Rochester, NY, a daughter of the late Rev. Harry and Lillian (Alling) Donley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Foltz, Sr. on July 28, 2001. She is survived by a companion, Robert John Snyder.
Along with her companion, she is also survived by: her children, Amy Peachey of Lewistown; Aaron Cox & Tia Kurtz of Burnham; Stephen Foltz, Jr. of Milroy; seven grandchildren, Addison, Lakesha, Ava, Gaberial, Alenza, Hannah, and Lilli; as well as three great-grandchildren.
Deborah graduated in 1969 from Chief Logan High School. She attended Penn State University and worked in many different capacities at SKILLS of Central PA for 17 years.
She attended Evangel Baptist Church in Lewistown, where she enjoyed assisting with the Clothing Closet. She served as a volunteer at the Lewistown Hospital, and always enjoyed doing whatever she could to help people. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother figure to many, and has touched a number of peoples lives. Her goal was to make everyone happy, even her fur babies, which she loved very much.
Her memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Evangel Baptist Church in Lewistown with Pastor Justin Whitenight officiating.
