Fay L. (Yetter) McKnight

  Fay A. McKnight, 78, formerly of Reedsville and Mechanicsburg, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, at Cumberland Crossing, Carlisle.  Born May 17, 1943 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Donald E. and Virginia L. (Berkheimer) Yetter.  Her husband, Hilton M. McKnight, Jr., preceded her in death, April 28, 2020.

  Surviving are: nephews, Joseph A. Yetter, Jr. and wife Joy of McClure, and Todd R. Yetter and wife Mary of Wilmington, Delaware.  She was preceded in death by a brother: Joseph A. Yetter, Sr.

  Fay was a 1961 graduate of Kish High School and a 1966 graduate of Albert Einstein School of Nursing, Philadelphia Pa.  She worked as a registered Nurse at various hospitals and nursing homes.  She also received a degree from Liberty University later in life.

  There will be a funeral service at 11:00a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville with Pastor Judy Strayer officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour before the funeral.  Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
